Back To Bed and Bedding Experts are now Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm is here to assist you with your manufacturer warranty service. Our highly-trained staff is able to simplify and guide you through the process. However, Mattress Firm will only honor warranties that fall within the manufacturer's guidelines.

For warranty claims on Sleep Number® (Select Comfort), Sleep to Live (Kingsdown), Protect-A-Bed®, or Leggett & Platt contact the vendor directly. For Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster products, please contact the manufacturer directly at the numbers provided below. If you need a copy of your receipt, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it to you.

Quick Start Guide for Warranty Process

Do you have a copy of your receipt?


• A copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted with the Warranty Service Claim Form. Your warranty will not be processed without proof of purchase. Please make sure you have your sales receipt available when filling out the warranty service claim form. Customer is responsible for providing copy of sales receipt.

Is your product free of stains?


 Stains void the warranty based on to the manufacturers warranty guidelines.
