At Back To Bed we believe in taking the time to assess your sleep needs and wants, then deliver the best possible mattress for you!
Please allow 30 nights for your body to adjust to your new mattress. It may take a few weeks for the body to become completely comfortable with the support of your new mattress.
If any of the items you purchase from Back To Bed are damaged, defective or incomplete at the time you receive it, Back To Bed will correct it. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your product or property during delivery, it must be noted on the delivery manifest before the delivery drivers have left the property and reported to the store of your original purchase within 24 hours. We are unable to process any claims after the time frame.

Floor models and As Is:
There are no guarantees or refunds on "floor models", "display models" or "as is" merchandise. All sales are final.
We will beat their lowest price within 60 days of your purchase. Bring in any locally advertised price and we will beat it on comparable innerspring or foam mattress sets.
Tempur-Pedic Sleep Products:
A new Tempur-Pedic bed (any size and style you select) delivered to your home is your to try for 90 NIGHTS. We ask that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to the comfort and support of your new Tempur-Pedic mattress. If you're not satisfied after 30 nights, we will provide a one-timeexchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. This does not include electric adjustable bases or Tempur-Pedic pillows. If for any reason, a Tempur-Pedic mattress is exchanged, Tempur-Pedic charges the customer a product return free of $300. In the event of an exchange, Back To Bed will credit you the full invoiced price, less the above mentioned Tempur-Pedic return fee.
Back To Bed provides only factory sealed, brand new mattresses when you order from us.
Due to the personal nature and sanitary issues of sleep products Back To Bed reserves the right to make no refunds or exchanges on mattresses, foundations, mattress pads or protectors, pillows, electric adjustable beds, and futon mattresses.
All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. There are no cancellations or refunds on any special orders. Special orders include airbeds, waterbeds, headboards, footboards, bunk beds, daybeds, futons covers, futon beds, custom sized mattresses included: Twin XL, Full XL, California King and any invoice marked special order.
Massage chair and perfect chair sales are final.
No refunds of deposits after 14 days.
All refunds require an original receipt returned to the store. All refunds are sent from our corporate office. Please allow 14 business days for processing. No refunds after merchandise has been delivered. In the rare instance that a product is returned to Back To Bed for any other reason than a warranty claim or Tempur-Pedic comfort exchange, a mandatory return fee of 30% of original invoices sale price and all transportation costs will be charged to the customer.
Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty; any defects must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturer's warranty. Back To Bed will assist all customers in exercising the manufactuer's limited warranty. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all warranties. The additional cost of inspection and delivery are not provided by the manufacturers. Back To Bed's local delivery cost is $50. All other express or implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are excluded.
