Back To Bed takes pride in ensuring the best possible service by hiring and manager it's own delivery service.  Our driver's are not sub-contracted and average 8-9 years delivery experience.

What to expect during your mattress delivery:

To provide you with the best delivery service possible, please take the time to prepare the delivery area before our driver's arrival.  If you feel that any pictures, wall hangings, nightstands or other fragile items will obstruct the path of the delivery, please take a few minutes to remove them to prevent any safety or damage concerns.  To help with your preparation, it is important to note that today's mattresses are much thicker than those in the past.  This should be taken into consideration when buying new linens or using a new mattress with your current furniture.  If you are moving the mattress yourself, please remember that a mattress will flex, but please never try to fold, curl or bend it.  

The delivery team will deliver merchandise to the desired room and set up the new mattress, foundation, and bedroom furniture on your existing frame or new frame plus remove your old mattress and foundation.    

If any of the items you purchase from back To Bed are damaged, defective or incomplete at the time you receive it, Back To Bed will correct it.
