I am very happy with my recent buying experience at Back to Bed. The salesperson was very helpful showing us the beds within our price range and explaining the differences between them. They allowed me plenty of time to try out all of the beds.

We actually wanted a Miforma mattress going into the store but the one in our price range was for a youth. The least expensive of the same mattress for adults was double the price. I was small enough in stature that I could use the youth mattress. There were two spring mattresses in our price range that I just did not find as comfortable as the Miforma mattress. Once I determined that I would go ahead and take the Miforma youth mattress the salesperson actually offered to give us the adult bed within our price range. THANK YOU!
Delivery was included. The delivery personnel were on time and courteous - taking away the old mattress and installing the new. The store manager called later that evening to make sure that the bed was delivered and that we were happy with everything. I would recommend Back to Bed to anyone shopping for a bed.

Our new mattress store in the Mayfair neighborhood of Chicago is located at the corner of Pulaski and Foster opposite the Jewel-Osco. The store is near the Pulaski side of the shopping center.

The manager of our Mayfair neighborhood store is Barry Parker. Barry is dedicated to offering a relaxed shopping experienece and creating satisfied customers that are very happy with their new mattress.
