I was delighted to meet Amy, the store manager, who took the time to explain to me the various features and benefits of the Beautyrest Black mattress line. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, helping me to make a decision without any hesitation.

This purchase was a suprise for my wife, so Amy went out of her way to help me in scheduling the delivery to fit my needs. The mattress arrived exactly as anticipated, the gentlemen delivering were fast, friendly and efficient, and I was able to pull off my 'big suprise' without a hitch.
