We are previous customers of Back To Bed. We purchased our king Tempur Pedic at your Schaumburg store, and found ourselves back there when our 3 year-old grandson needed a twin bed.

We went in and asked for the least expensive bed and your Store Manager treated us with the same courtesy and respect as if we were purchasing your most expensive bed on the floor. He was humorous, patient, helpful, and sincere. We had been to numerous stores and they were all hard-core sales people. He just wanted what was best for our situation.
