Typically when a response comes to corporate, I would believe they are usually negative in nature. However, this one is just the opposite. It's about our wonderful experience at the store in Oswego, IL with the manager: Steve. 

First, I would like to preface by saying that my wife and I had horrible service elsewhere, which that company made right by saving us more money. After we talked to Steve, we got our money back from them, and decided to purchase our miForma Relieve from Steve.  

First we explained him our situation, then he EDUCATED us on the beds, where other locations and other stores just said, "lay down on them, try them out, tell me what you like." After he helped us choose our final selection, he didn't pressure us at all, and was very helpful in fulfilling our needs. That fantastic customer service is why he has so many positive reviews online, now including one from me. Those same reviews are the only reason we decided to go to that specific Oswego location, glad we did too! I believe that is how he was able to educate us and many others, should be trained and rolled out company wide. A very good experience, we will be back one day.

Our Oswego IL store is located in the strip mall on the southeast Corner of Douglas and Route 34 (Ogden/Oswego Rd.).  It is in the same building as Buffalo Wild Wings on the West end of Meijer's parking lot.
