My husband and I were in desperate need for a new mattress and I looked around at several stores. At each of those stores, I felt pressured to buy that day even though I knew I was just looking around. When I walked into Back to Bed one day last week during my lunch hour, I immediately felt right at home and John was fantastic to work with. When I got home that night, I told my husband that I narrowed it down to a few beds and we were absolutely buying a bed from John. The bed was delivered today and the delivery guys were super nice and on time. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend John and Back to Bed!

The last time I went shopping for a bed, there was a lot of pressure to purchase that day, so I was not looking forward to the experience.

John, at Back to Bed, was friendly, offered advice, but let us alone when we asked and were trying out the beds. He was attentive without being obnoxious. This was a great experience and I appreciate he handled multiple customers without letting any one feel neglected.

Price, delivery, everything was just great.

John is a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church; his children graduated from Naperville North High School. He is a regular donor at Heartland Blood Center and for the past 7 years has had his head shaved in support of St. Baldrick's Foundation for childhood cancer.
