I know exactly where I am going to buy all my beds from now on. I have had nothing but nightmare experiences before luckily calling Back to Bed. I first dealt with Jason Rainwater at the 2000 Clyborn store. (BTW - it's a rare gem to find PARKING at a city store like this.)

Jason was absolutely PHENOMENAL to deal with! I had been so poorly dealt with by another mattress store - one that knew next to nothing about beds and less than nothing about how to handle customers. Jason was so compassionate and was able to somehow fix everything - getting me exactly what I needed, and in such a short time frame (as I have 8 people coming to stay overnight in just 3 days!) He offered an amazing value and made sure that I felt totally comfortable and secure in my purchase. He was professional, knew his stuff, and made the perfect recommendations by asking the right set of questions. I also talked with Jesse, in the Niles store - she also knew SO MUCH about beds - I won't shop anywhere else but with Back to Bed because of how I have been dealt with (and I thought only Nordstorm had this kind of customer service!). I ended up with basically 4 beds - and will go back in a heart beat!! Their reasonable, fair prices are absolutely worth every penny!! I am not overselling this - go in and meet Jason and see for yourself

He is very helpful in finding the right mattress for the price you are looking for and is extremely knowledgeable about products offered throughout the mattress industry.
